About 2025 Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship

The University of Sydney in Australia is now accepting applications for its 2024 Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship.

This prestigious scholarship aims to support outstanding international students from various priority markets, encouraging diversity across a wide range of undergraduate programs at the university.

Each year, approximately 20 scholarships are awarded globally across two intakes, with a focus on promoting both course diversity and nationality diversity.

Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 Benefits

The scholarship will provide the below benefits for the published full-time duration of the recipient’s single undergraduate degree (including embedded honours) up to a maximum total duration of 4 years full-time study.

2025 Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship Eligibility

• Must have applied for but not yet commenced a single undergraduate coursework degree (may include embedded honours) at the University of Sydney with a maximum duration of four years.
• Only applicants who apply for eligible courses will be considered.
• Must enroll full-time in the eligible degree program.
• Must not be commencing a second degree at the University of Sydney.
• Must be an international student as defined in the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (Australian citizens, permanent residents, and dual citizens with Australian nationality are not eligible).
• Must have completed secondary school or a foundation program in Australia or from a University of Sydney-recognized foundation partner.
• Must not have previously undertaken any tertiary studies (excluding extension studies completed as part of a Year 12 program).
