2018/2019 OSOPADEC Proposed List Of Beneficiaries

Sequel to the approval of Mr. Governor, the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC) has concluded arrangements to pay successful applicants of the 2018/2019 Scholarship and Bursary Scheme. The beneficiaries comprise 268 postgraduates, 58 law school students, 3,052 undergraduates, 1,148 polytechnics students (ND & HND), 348 NCE, and 838 students from Health institutions.

Over Two Hundred and Sixty-Nine Million, Three Hundred and Eighty Thousand Naira (N269,380,000) only is to be disbursed through electronic payments, while postgraduate students will be paid through cheques. Payments are to be done in batches commencing from 31st December 2021. A total of 5,712 beneficiaries who are students of Nigerian tertiary institutions and indigenes of the Oil Producing Areas of Ondo State are to benefit from the Scheme.
