The Netherlands Government Holland Scholarship, managed by Nuffic, upholds a commitment to ethical conduct and prohibits involvement in activities constituting unacceptable behavior. This encompasses interpersonal or financial misconduct and abuses of power.

Nuffic enforces an Integrity Code of Conduct designed to counteract such behaviors. Unacceptable situations/behaviors include bankruptcy, insolvency, or winding-up procedures, breaches of tax or social security payment obligations, involvement with criminal organizations, money laundering or terrorist financing, offenses related to terrorism, irregularities, and the creation or association with shell companies.
