The City University of Hong Kong is delighted to award a fully-funded scholarship opportunity which will be provided to high achieving students who are interested in studying a degree program at the Institution. This institution will also assist successful students with on-campus accommodation and living expenses.

• be admitted to a full-time bachelor’s programme at CityU.


• attain minimum scores in the following English language proficiency tests:

  TOEFL PBT – 550

Application Process: Applicants must use the university application portal to apply. Financial aid positions will be allotted on the basis of merit to students that meet the criteria automatically. No separate application for scholarship is needed.
