SOLUTIONS; Development of modern method of preservation e.g. giant tanks for (silos), refrigerators for slaughtered cattle. Change the quality-of rural life by provision of basic amenities. Provision of soft loans. Improve on the level of education through different training programmes. Land reform programme e.g. merging of several farm lands. Improvement in transport network. Land terracing contou/ploughing. Establishment of producer ce-operative societies.
