A. Prokaryote DNA is circular while eukaryote DNA is linear
B. Prokaryotic forms are mainly unicellular while eukaryotic forms are mainly multicellular
C. Cell division in prokaryotes is by binary fission while in eukaryotes, it is either meiosis, mitosis or both
D. The organelles in prokaryotes are many while that of eukaryotes are few.
